Waiver & Agreements

By checking the boxes below, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Liability Waiver * - I understand that participation in basketball involves inherent risks. I hereby release, waive, and discharge the R.G.M 3-on-3 Summer Hoops Classic, its organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tournament.

Medical Authorization * - I authorize tournament medical personnel to provide first aid and, in case of emergency, to secure medical treatment for the registered players.

Rules Agreement * - I confirm that all team members have read and agree to follow all tournament rules and regulations. We understand that unsportsmanlike conduct may result in ejection from the tournament.

Photo Release - I grant permission for photographs and/or video of our team to be used in promotional materials for future events.

Additional Information or Special Requests

After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours with payment instructions and additional tournament details.

Registration FAQ

What is the registration fee?

Registration fee details will be provided in your confirmation email. Fees help cover court rentals, insurance, awards, and event operations.

Can I change my team roster after registering?

Yes, roster changes can be made up until July 20, 2026. Please contact us at info@cowichanconnects.ca with any roster updates.

What if my team needs to withdraw?

Teams may request a full refund if withdrawing before July 10, 2026. After this date, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Do youth teams need a parent/guardian present?

Yes, all youth divisions (ages 10-18) require at least one parent or guardian to be present during games. A signed waiver from a parent/guardian is required for all minor participants.

How will I know my game schedule?

Game schedules will be sent to team captains via email one week before the tournament and will be posted on this website.
